Chung Fundraiser
Washington, DC
Tuesday, July 24, 2007

ILR hosted a fundraiser for the dry cleaners who were victims of the frivolous $54 million pants lawsuit.

This suit has cost the Chungs dearly in terms of defense costs, years of stress and time away from their family and business. Although the judge ruled that the plaintiff must pay their legal costs, it will likely be years before they see anything, and then only a fraction of their actual legal defense costs.
